Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada (Domestic): 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high‑volume periods.

Local Delivery (Calgary Only)

We offer local delivery within Calgary for a flat fee. Deliveries are completed once per week. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will be included in the following week’s delivery cycle.

  • Delivery Area: Calgary city limits

  • Delivery Schedule: Once per week

  • Delivery Fee: Flat rate (shown at checkout)

  • Delivery Notifications: You will receive an email or text notification when your order is out for delivery.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be left in a safe location whenever possible. If no safe location is available, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt (additional fee may apply).

Local Pickup (Calgary)

Local pickup is available Monday to Friday.

  • Pickup Window: Monday–Friday during business hours

  • Pickup Location: 7509 Bowness Road NW, Calgary, T3B0G8

  • Pickup Confirmation: You will receive an email or an sms when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will try to assist.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. MY Forever is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MY Forever is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, MY Forever is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

8. Returns Due to Non‑Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
